Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, optionally company and topic, and your message) is processed to answer your request. The form is transmitted via Web3Forms (USA), which forwards the message to us and does not store it permanently. The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

Purchases and licences

Paid plans are sold through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy. We receive the data needed to issue and manage your licence. The JellyDock application verifies its licence key with the licensing service once a day.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. Technically necessary cookies may be set temporarily by the hosting provider and contain no personal data.

Storage and deletion

We delete personal data once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention duties (for example § 147 AO, § 257 HGB) require longer storage.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, write to info@softara.de.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Hesse this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz.hessen.de).
